Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all work carried out in the provision of services by Red Lion Training Ltd to the Customer in accordance with any bookings made by the Customer or authorised by a representative of the Customer. No additions or modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall have effect unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Course booking
Bookings can be accepted at any time up to the course start date, subject to availability. Payment of the full course fee is required at the time of booking. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT until the final checkout.
Red Lion Training Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Red Lion Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organisation providing the service. In the event of cancellation by Red Lion Training Ltd Limited, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
If a booking is cancelled or transferred to a different course by the client the following fees will be payable:

Cancellation terms will be active from the point of booking. Cancellation or transfer of a course must be confirmed in writing to Red Lion Training Ltd.
Joining Instructions
Joining instructions will be forwarded following receipt of payment.
Examinations
Where examination(s) form part of the training course, whether by an internal or external examining authority, no refund of fees can be given in the event of a candidate failing to fulfil the stipulated requirements. The decision of the Examiner is final.
Delegate suitability
It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. All delegates should have read and understood the course outline and met the necessary prerequisites. Delegates who do not meet the course prerequisites may be asked to leave by the training provider.
Delegate substitutions
A delegate may be substituted by another delegate prior to the start of the course without penalty, providing that the replacement delegate is suitable (see "Delegate suitability" above).
Punctuality and Absence
Delegates will be advised of the start and finish times of courses in joining instructions. Delegates are required to arrive for training and return from refreshment breaks on time. Red Lion Training Ltd the right to refuse admission to any delegates that fails to attend training on time. If a delegate withdraws from a course once it has started, or fails to attend, the full amount of the course fee is payable.
Course descriptions and Course changes
Red Lion Training Ltd Directory is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer for a particular course or programme. Red Lion Training Ltd constantly strives to keep the content of its course directory up-to-date and therefore reserves the right to modify the specification of a course without notice to the Customer. The course title, duration, cost, content and location are liable to change at any time without notice, in which case the client may be charged for any subsequent increase in course costs.
