The Service

Our Test Purchasing package is an internal process we can administrate for your business.  We use our young people to test your own challenge 21/25 scheme.  Each time we test you we brief you and your staff and send you a report on areas to improve or to commend you.  This shows due diligence to your local authorities and police and can help you avoid nasty fines, punishments and closures!

Training and Materials

In built to our package we have organised due diligence training materials for all of your staff serving alcohol.  These basic training manuals offer you peace of mind that ALL of your staff are fully aware and signed off on all basic licensing legislation.  Leaving them responsible for their own sales and not you!

Reporting

As part of the package we will conduct 4 visits per annum.   These are discreet and bespoke.  We can include customer service ratings within our test purchasing.  Red Lion Training Ltd will email/post a hard copy of your quarterly report to you within a week on it being completed.  Staff can be individually briefed immediately after the visit takes place.  Remember better us catch you out with no penalty rather than the Trading Standards or the Police!
