Q. How often does Red Lion Training run courses?

Red Lion Training are continually running course across a variety of venues in London, Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.

Q. What happens if I fail the exam?

Occasionally some delegates will not always pass the examination at their first attempt. If you do fail an exam we can provide you with a breakdown of your results which will give you an idea about your performance in each of the subject areas. Following this we can offer you a one to one revision training session before retaking your exam and/or you will also be entitled to a free re-sit!

Q. English is not my first language, am I entitled to help?

Delegates with English as an additional language can bring translator dictionaries (paper based) to the course and are allowed to use them in the exams. Delegates in this category are also permitted extra time to complete their examinations.

Q. What is the dress code for courses?

Smart Casual.

Q. Are Red Lion Trainings courses accredited?

Yes, all of our courses are currently accredited by the BIIAB except for our in house Food Safety and Health and Safety courses. For any additional questions or enquiries please contact us.
